Why the middle bar is there

Cards bunch — in a flashpoint everything happens at once, so any category would pair above zero by coincidence. So the minutes were reshuffled within each match, 200 times: the bunching is kept exactly, only the pairing is destroyed. Chance lands at 8.9% (6.4%–12.3%), and never once reached the real figure in 200 reshuffles.
